Phone has been off and on for 3 months now and has been reported many times but nothing has been done.Sometimes it has been off all day or just a short time then it could be on for up to 3 days but always goes off again.I think the fault is in the ditch where the line runs as it was dug up about 3 Months ago.By the time the engineer came, over 2 months ago the phone came back on again and he said he could only find the fault when it is off.
