Hi guys, I have a couple of questions. Firstly our internet has dropped out severely and seems to have done so on our devices since activating a PlayStation. Has anyone had this experience and is it normally connected to an issue with your band quality? 2ndly - for longer than this we haven't been able to use any smart services (apps etc..) on the tv and can only do so via BT - the hub is working and the tv says the signal is there - again any helpful advice gratefully accepted? You may guess I'm not the most tech savvy!
Hey, thanks for the reply. Haven't been active for a while. As soon as the PS4 is turned on the interference starts. the tv not connecting to apps etc.. dates back to before that..
