I cannot get logged into my account even though I have reset my password several times.
It might be because I am no longer a landline customer.
I have been billed for my mobile though even though I can’t use it.

Are you looking to keep your number? If you're happy to have a new number then it should work as soon as you start using it.

I put it in an iphone 5s and it does not find the network. I also tried it in a nokia 3310 and it doesn’t find the network?
I have no problem with using the new number, it just doesn’t work.

no it doesn’t work, I tried two unlocked phones and neither will connect to the BT network. I even tried two locations, one that I am sure has coverage for BT. I don’t know why it will not work
Check the packaging to make sure it's not a Data Only SIM
It doesn’t say it is data only and there is a number with it.
Data only SIMS do come with a number but it normally says Data Only on the card it comes in.
You really need to login to My BT and check that that SIM is showing on your account and what your allowances are for it, but if you can't login then you're snookered without the assistance of a moderator
