poor broadband quality

hi all,

 i live in rural norfolk so understand i wont get lightening fast internet, but the quality is very frustrating, always loosing connections to gaming sessions, router (HH3) constantly dropping devices and if we get an incoming call we loose All internet whilst the hub re-connects.

up until a couple of months ago we never saw above 0.8Mbps but with areas around our exchange getting fibre to the cabinet it has increased to about 1.2Mbps so i am greatful for that, at least.

have you tried conencting to test socket with new filter and see if that helps


if you then phone home with mobile and that causes your conenction to drop then you probably have a high resistance fault and need to report a phone fault to 151
