premium email account invoices and sub accounts

Probably a boring old question but its doing my head in.

1. I have a premium email account and pay £5 a month, where can I get copies of the invoices for the amounts paid.

2. Where can I see the sub account names I have on the premium account, I have a BT telephone acc and whenever I try to look at the premium emails it just takes me to the telephone account which says I have no email addresses.

Any help off anyone would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @nickjohn Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting about your Premium Mail account. 

Have you set up the access to your Premium Mail account online? If so you need to add the email address to the BTID and you should then be able to view the sub accounts. You will also be able to view/download your bills online.

Hi @nickjohn Sorry for any confusion you won't get the information in your email account.

You need to have a BTID for your Premium Mail billing account. It is when your logged into your BTID that you will find this information. Check out What is a BT ID and how can I get one?

Tried your link to set up a BTID and it said my email address was already used and took me to a log in page where I used my email and password to log in. The dashboard just shows by BT account info and not my email info.

So once im logged in with my bt id where do I go?

Hi @nickjohn It sounds like you have another BT account? Do you have BT broadband or another account with us? In that case you should just be able to add your Premium Mail account to the existing BTID. Do you know your Premium Mail account number? (PS please do not post it).

Hi @nickjohn Thanks for confirming that. As it will require editing your existing BTID please send us over the Phone account details and the email address for the Premium Mail account and we will be happy to help you with this.
