"Broadband service stopped" without a specified reason

Hello, recently I ordered a BT smart hub,  which I have received and broadband service should have started the next day. When connected it kept flashing pink, even after 3 days connected. When I went to "My BT" to see what's going on with my package, and I see these messages:

 

May someone please tell me what this situation could be related to so I can solve it, thanks))

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Thanks for taking the time to send us over your details.  I tried calling you this afternoon but wasn't able to reach you.

I'm sorry that your services have been disconnected.  I wanted to chat with you to go over what happened and explained what the next steps would be to get you back up and running.  Can you drop me a reply and let me know the best time for me to call?

In this case I apologise for the inconvenience, I was most likely using my other phone during the day. Can you call the number I've given you again tomorrow at about 13:00 and I'll be there to pick it up, thanks)))
