Hello, recently I ordered a BT smart hub, which I have received and broadband service should have started the next day. When connected it kept flashing pink, even after 3 days connected. When I went to "My BT" to see what's going on with my package, and I see these messages:
May someone please tell me what this situation could be related to so I can solve it, thanks))
