"Moving House" with BT

Tried several times to submit an order via this facility, but process doesn't complete.

I'm sorry you'r having problems with your Home Move order. If you try the Order Live Chat Team, they'll be able to help you with your order.

Thank you.  Eventually, I reached someone who was able to take the order by phone.  I was allocated a disconnection/connection date which is nowhere near my proposed moving date, but was told that I could amend this.  Although the service is now showing as a trackable order, I am unable to make any changes!  Can you advise further please?
