I just logged in to my by account and there was a big banner saying "My free broadband update is ready" I clicked on it at the next page it tells me I'm on the old copper line and I can update today for a more reliable and faster broadband. Well, I'm on the BT Plus package, and on infinity 2 (is that still the name...?) I have a stable 59Mbps download speed and 20Mbps upload. Does anybody know what this "update" is?
I got that too. It seems to be on the level. I signed up for superfast and everything is free, but the contract is 18 months so that might be the only catch. I don't mind that though. Router is free too, and no connection charge.
