"Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a valid sender. ".....HELP!!!

Since Wednesday last week we have been unable to send emails from our bt email address.  Despite hours using the help menu on outlook and BT is it not resolved.  I have waiting for and hour for your phone to be answered yesterday and then I had to hang up....and the same again today....and the chat help being down.....we are going round in circles!!  We have tried logging in to BT to send email....this doesn't work.  We regularly send emails to up to 200 addresses at a time and have never had this issue before.

The message on the bounce back is as follows....

"Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this is that your email address is suspected of sending spam and it's no longer allowed to send email. Contact your email admin for assistance."

Thank you

Why on earth are you using a domestic email address to send up to 200 addresses a day, no wonder it is considered as spam. BT normally restrict sending to 49 addresses at a time.
