"easier to use email"!!!

I was recently switched to this allegedly easier email system from btmail

Now when I receive an email I can no longer see the "To" heading or the "Cc" heading.

How can I make them reappear?

When you open the email it should show at the top who it is from and below that name there is a symbol of a person with a number beside it, click on that to see who it is for. I suspect if it is in your inbox it will be for you. If the number is more than 1 it will show the CC.
