I have been using a BTinternet email address for years, at the start it was free, they then started charging to keep it. When it was 50p a month I didnt mind the odd outage or technical problem.
They latest rise has gone to some £7.50 per month and the errors outages are getting worse, if I didnt have a smart phone some days I wouldnt be able to send basic emails.
The response over the years has always been that BT need to sort out their server issues but when is this going to happen, they are charging for a premium service but delivering a sub standard one.
