I am not a BT customer, but I have been receiving e-mails about somebody else's BT account for several months now. I cannot find how to contact the company without using the telephone, and I do not want to call this number because I do not live in the UK so it will be very expensive. Does somebody know a way for me to ask for this to stop without telephoning please?
