recurring loss of freeview channels

Hi,

This appears to be happening once or twice a week now.

All Freeview channels disappear with signal strength at 0% except for one (STV Glasgow channel).

When its working there are no dropouts or stutters on any channel.

The box is a Youview T2100. Are there any issues with these boxes?

Thanks in Advance,

Maz

Re: recurring loss of freeview channels

Hi @Mazbass,

There doesn't look to be an issue with them. Have you contacted our help desk for further support? It's worth contacting them at the following link BT TV Help.

Thanks

I have had a similar problem over the last few weeks, so I did a rescan, problem didn't go away, so I rescanned again, then I noticed that the Youview box was giving me alternatives areas to select for Freeview signals, selected the area which seemed best and hey presto! problem solved. It all started when I did a scan for Channel 5HD.
