I'm sorry that you haven't received it yet. I'd like to get a look at your account to find out where the credit has gone to as it may be a case that it's on your BT account but hasn't been sent back to your bank account.
To reach us, click on my user name and then on contact the mods. That will let you raise a trouble ticket to us. Make sure you are viewing the site in Full view rather than Mobile view or you won't see the contact option.
