I spoke to BT end of April 2017, & was informed a refund of £65 has been processed, and I will be received in my bank a/c within 10 days. It's now 28th May. No refund to my bank to date. I have telephoned and emailed BT on email address and telephone number I was given, several times. No joy. Can u help with this, please
I'm sorry that you haven't received it yet. I'd like to get a look at your account to find out where the credit has gone to as it may be a case that it's on your BT account but hasn't been sent back to your bank account.
