replacement Smarthub 6 losing connection

Hi I've noticed over the last week or so the smarthub loses connection sometimes I get an orange light or just sits on blue with no connection. Now this morning I've lost access to the web UI.

Also noticed it has started to drop streaming video from my pc to smart TV like my old one before it died.

Any ideas or suggestions I know its on June firmware if I remembered correctly.

Is the web interface lost if you use a direct Ethernet cable from the home hub to your PC?

Just got home from work and given it a try some issue, wil ltry a factory reset..

Just tried the factory reset no joy what so ever tried BT on the phone, CS is just rude totaly ignored me and put the phone down on me. Any one from BT here who can get in contact with me to get this sorted.
