Is the web interface lost if you use a direct Ethernet cable from the home hub to your PC?
Just got home from work and given it a try some issue, wil ltry a factory reset..
Just tried the factory reset no joy what so ever tried BT on the phone, CS is just rude totaly ignored me and put the phone down on me. Any one from BT here who can get in contact with me to get this sorted.
