This happens when i ran the speedtest, that the error icon appears to the fact i have to press troubleshoot problems menu to reset the hub and then i always get the above, and i can get this up to at least 10 or more depending on what i am trying to do - as whether i want to watch a video on youtube or facebook or or even trying to do speedtest!

just to show when i am on youtube - i was playing a video then it would stop and crash

then after it been reset this happens and if i refresh the link to restart the video the same thing happens again!

i am trying my best to see how i can prove what is going on in best way as i can!

try this version of the speedtest http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ and post back the further diagnostics results

I will try the other speedtest when I get back, all lights on hub is blue even when computer resets the default gateway. If I cant do speedtest how is this going to be solved?

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress

 


They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved

Even with this it crashed - so annoyed now as i really wanna fix this so i can watch tv/videos and other things again!
