restricted service issue

hi i was wondering why ive had my broadband disconnected for the 2nd time when the problem wernt from my side i had a person from bt who was going to contact me about making a payment and so far no one has and in result i have no internet, and my direct debit set up seems to be charging me more then what was agreed to

Hi if your payment is not received then service will be restricted you say you have a direct debit set up so payment should have come from there giving time for your query about the debit amount to be sorted out
