I'm leaving BT after being messed about so much and I'm not being charged because I'm giving them notice after a price change.
BT couldn't even get my leaving right and after several calls my account was shut by the offlines team and something was activated by them so I wouldn't be charged. Everything was out of contract except the new hub.
I've received a letter with the heading saying I need to return my equipment but the actual letter ask 'why not' return my equipment to help BT be green.
Are they asking for my equipment back or suggesting because the letter states both?
