returning old equipment

I have been going round in circles trying to find the bit that lets me ask for a bag to return old equipment but I can't find it. Can anyone help

Hi @Salamander14 I have same problem, do not know why BT make it difficult. The Returning your BT Business equipment in three steps | BT Business (custhelp.com) says get the correct returns label. If your returns kit does not arrive, chat now to request another.
