seem to be running slowSmiley Mad

tryed to view a 4 min vid from utube which took about 40 mins save going on heres the stats

your connection seemed to improve after the engineer visit a few weeks ago but your stats now look worse than original.  Has anything changed? moved?

No nothing added or removed as was when he visited as you said I did get up 750kbps  but now gone down and hubs been left on 24/7 since

if nothing has changed since engineer visit and you have been connected 24/7 - but there have been resets by the router as connection time only 10hrs.  I would email the mods for assistance give your account and phone number and a link back to this thread forum.moderation.team@bt.com
