saved emails

My saved emails folder has been deleted . I haven't deleted this in error myself so I presume this is a fault of the BT server. It was ok  the last time I logged in to my mails. I only use bt mail. Can I get these emails back.

Re: saved emails

Have you checked in the Trash folder to see if it is there?

Re: saved emails

Yes. . I've checked all my folders.  The sent folder just appears to have vanished.

Re: saved emails

Is it the "Sent" folder or the "Saved" folder that you stated in your heading and fist post that is missing?

The "Sent" folder is a generic folder and a "Saved" folder would have been one that you set up and are two different things and behave in different ways.

Re: saved emails

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the confusion. It is my SAVED folder that has disappeared. Everything else is there as it should be.  It would be good to be able to retrieve it. If it's not possible I'm sure I have already downloaded any important documents and attachments.

Re: saved emails

I presume you are using BTMail on a web browser and not using an email client or app on any devices?

If it is your "saved" folder it is one that you set up your self in which case if it was deleted it should be in your Trash folder however you will not see it by clicking on the Trash icon. If you look at the Trash folder, if the Saved folder is there  you will see a down arrow to the left of the Tash icon.

Click on that arrow and it should reveal any folders that have been deleted. If it is there you can drag and drop it back into your "My Folders" section.
