screen stops

When watching BT  football on line the play often stops for a second and then carries on. I wonder if this is a speed issue.I am getting around 10mps download on my phone line.

There are other reports of this on the forum (eg here). It's one of the issues BT are looking into and it's not down to broadband speed. I noticed some improvement tonight (as well as in Chelsea's attitude) but there's still enough stuttering to be a nuisance.
