set up after factory reset

I only use my youview for watching/recording freeview. I had to factory reset my box and now I cant get past the connect your hub page. I only want to tune tv channels in. Please help. Thanks

Is it connected to the internet as unfortunately with NextGen that is a requirement for initial setup?

if you did factory reset and have hh5/6 did you turn off smart setup?

Thanks for the repky. What is hh5/6? The box never gave me any options to turn off smart set up. As you have guessed im a bit of a technophobe!

Thanks for that. A bit of a pain if you only want to use it for freeview and no internet connection!!
When did this occur as I have had another which was so much easier to use than this box and no internet needed.

Happened over a year ago now with the introduction of NextGen (tiles instead of lists )

The internet is only required for the initail setup but it will nag you a bit after that if there's no connection which is a bit annoying.

Why can't thet just leave a good thing alone?!!!!! The lists for recordings were much better and easier in my opinion and as for the navigation ................ lets not go there! Once again thanks for the information.
