hi i complained a few weeks ago about my upload speeds so i got another new box(hub3) and it worked for a day, i have tried all the other things like settings ect, i got an email back saying the guy i was dealing with was on holiday and he would deal with my complaint! he more or less said stop moaning or i will send out an engineer and you will be billed! below are my speed tests i was getting 9+
Move the PC to the router or buy a long enough ethernet cable.
A pain I know, I've done it a few times, but it's necessary to rule out the wireless, it's the first and most likely suspect and too inconsistent/unreliable to do any further connection troubleshooting with.
