sign in

Hello

Every time i log into Broadband it asks me to sign in, yet the box is ticked to keep me sined in for two weeks.

What is happening,

Advise please

Hi Pal52.  To cut to the chase, the BT software is not working.  Of course you dont need to be signed in to go online. Dont waste time mucking about with it.

 

I would suggest you get rid of the BT software from your PC, go straight online via say Mozilla Firefox, and download Mozilla Thunderbird to view your emails as well.

 

You can still sign in via the BT login page

 

https://login.yahoo.com/

 

saved as a bookmark on your Firefox browser.

 

Then forget about signing in. Smiley Indifferent

Just read your other posts.  Run the AOL removal tool on your PC, and the removal tool for any anti virus/firewall that you had with AOL if you are now using BT virus protaction.

 

Google to "File Hippo" and download and install CCleaner (and anything else there that takes your fancy).  CCleaner will tidy up your registry for you.
