Thanks Kingcrusher, glad someone else is taking this seriously. Are you the same Kingcrusher who comments on chessgames?

I don't know what to do about this, clearly it is a BT issue but they don't seem to regard it important when users who pay more for internet access than anyone else (that I know) cannot visit their main sites. It's fine on a friends Virgin network, which almost costs half as much as BT. But I expect BT will pay us for our hard work and patience.

We have engaged with the website www.chessgames.com and we are still looking into this issue. We are still waiting for some extra information from www.chessgames.com to help us with our investigation. 

Thanks for posting the traceroute @kingscrusher this has been really helpful. We would like a few more examples of traceroutes if anyone else is able to post one?
