slow BB

For the last 4 days our BB has been very slow. Done a test and comes in at 480kbps when it has been 5meg. I havnt disconnected the Hb, but did reset it 3 dys ago.

you need to run the BT speedtester and post those ressults, especially the IP profile value

your profile is low at 500 just stay connected for about another day and it should return to normal automatically
