i have a pretty slow adsl conection and it dosent look like i will be getting any fibre services in a long while. i recently purchased a new freeview box and it has bbc iplayer o it but when i want to watch somthing it playys for 2 seconds and starts buthering over and over again. there is no cable broadban in place so i cant w=switch to virgin or event get there tv service. how can i speed up my connection and when will i get fibre optic as every time i check it says i will be getting fttp but i dont know when.

Hi can you please post the full bt speed test
Connection speed should be about 7200Kbs, so there is some bandwidth being lost somewhere, as there is only 8.9dB margin available.
could you try and connect your hub to the test socket and then post back the hub stats also could you click on show more detail; and post the extra stats as well please
Hi,
if your able to try the test socket (found behind the removable bottom faceplate of the master socket) then this will eliminate any internal wiring problem.
From your adsl stats there seems to be a problem as your lossing your bandwidth somewhere, unless you can try the test socket then we can't rule out a problem with your internal wiring.
If your able to try the test socket, can you repost your adsl line stats with a bt speedtester with the router in the test socket.
