Im am normally on 38meg but down to 2meg, just spoke to tech support and apparently its a nationwide fault and should be sorted in the next 24-48 hrs allegedly
Same here in Dunfermline , Fife. Called in this fault and told that BT have a nationwide network fault , that they are working on. They were very wary about giving an outlook on when it will be fixed and said they woould call me back on MONDAY evening. Whats the chances 1) I get a call back and 2) the fault will be fixed by then !
So I have moved down from 30mb to 1.8 for download, but upload is just fine at 2mb ( I am infinity option 1)

I am in 01934 area. I do get very fed up with all this secrecey from Bt. Why not just be open about it all and state 'we have a problem, please do not ring to advise and we will sort this out'.............ah in my dreams then:)
