Re: slow superfast broadband

Any noise on the line? 17070 option2, best with corded phone. Any noise report a line fault on 151 NOT a broadband fault.

Re: slow superfast broadband

If you have recently moved are you using the test socket with a filter to see if that helps improve speed by eliminating your internal wiring and your master socket faceplate. When in test socket I would check there is no dial tone at any other socket

no noise on the line but also no test socket. I do have a filter and have unplugged the phone so nothing else is on the line

Re: slow superfast broadband

Sorry are you sure no test socket?  Are you using master socket?  If so it must be a very old socket not to have test socket as without that you cannot eliminate your internal wiring from causing problems
