Engineer visited and aranged a lift and shift to another card in the exchange
results way better now and the download is at least twice as fast dispite the figures nearly the same
From the 340 users of the card there have only been 2 complaints, but im guessing thats because the customer helpline staff just tell you its fine and nothing can be done, thats why it took me 12 months and was only resolved because of this forum, many many thanks.
I can now send emails again!
I did wonder about the exchange card, as some of the older DSLAMs used to suffer from this problem.
