sorry if im poasting in the wrong area but recently we have been suffering slow internet speed of less than 1mb. tried phoning up tech they reset line and had to wait 24hrs and it went fine again. but now after a few hours its slowed right down again can anyone help me please?

also post your full hub stats by entering 192.168.1.254 into your web browser address bar and navigate to adsl or use a-z, if netgear enter 192.168.0.1
Can you also post the full results from BT Speedtest speedtester.bt.com
Have you tried connecting to the test socket at the rear of the master socket
Have you tried the quiet line test? - dial 17070 option 2 - should hear nothing - best done with a corded phone. if cordless phone you may hear a 'dull hum' which is normal

download speed is low was that done with a wired or wireless conenction?
just did the quiet line test from a cordless phone and could hear slight static also took faceplate of socket and it had no test socket next to it?
