some enquires

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have some enquires.
First, I have option 3 and i understood that the bill will be fixed at £40 bound per month but some months the bill come more than £40.
Second, I want to change to option 2 after next bill on 22nd of Oct.
Third, is it possible if I want to move the line to Cranwell College at afternoon on 31st Oct and I Will confirm the address to the engineer at that time.
Finally,could I tranfer the service to my friend and he will conitnue until the end of contract.

First off
I would edit your post and remove the address as this forum is publicly available and anyone can see the address.


With the bills being more than £40 are you making calls which are not included in the call package?
ie: Mobiles, 0844, 09, etc


I am not sure if you can transfer the sevice to another person. Someone will need to clarify this.

You can also give the Live Chat team a go, you can chat to them by clicking on the banner at the top of the "Bills & Call Packages" board.

They're open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 21:00.
