some mail shows on my iphome but not my pc

Hi,

I've recently been experiencing a problem that all e-mails show on my iphone but a few don't appear on my pc.

I'm with BT and it used to be fine. Any suggestions for a tec dimwit would be appreciated.

are you a BT broadband customer or have premium email?

are you using pop3 or imap on iphone?

Hi,

I'm a customer of BT broadband

I don't know how to find if it's pop or imap

It's an iphone 6 and all was well up until recently

Hello.

My broadband and e-mail service is with BT.

As for pop3 etc, I can't find how to check. Not very good at this sort of thing I'm afraid.

If you could tell me how to find out and what follows that'd be great but don't worry if you can't. Once get over this virus I'll take my phone to the store where I bought it and ask them to get into it.
