speed and ip drop

can anyone tell me why my speed and ip profile should drop by 30 percent after power cut below are stats

your ip profile will reduce because of the reduction of your connection speed could you please also post the full results of the bt speed test

Seems strange y speed is dropping have had engineer out and no problems from my end

hi just leave the connection alone for the next 3-5 days and let the line stabilise if you need any further help after that time please post back

It only takes a maximum 72 hours now for the changes to be made to the IP profile. It used to be 5 days, but was reduced to 3 days about 12-18 months ago.
