Since few weeks ago, when I reply to a message I cannot use the return function on my lap top to start a new paragraph .Anybody does know why ? The function is working perfectly on other mail website

You may find that if you clear the cookies and history from your browser as suggested with your other problem this may resolve both issues.
Failing that try another browser to see if it is a browser related problem that is causing both issues.

It is a known problem that only appears to affect Firefox in rich text mode. Other browsers and Firefox in plain text are not affected.
