i have a bt sub account with outlook express 6
when i log on my outlook mail a LOGON BOX appears every time
it keeps on that my details are not correct but i have followed the instructions very carefully
it's doing my head in , if someone can help i would be a very happy man
That has been an ongoing problem with Outlook Express for a lot of years. Do not change your password etc. It usually sorts itself out in a day or two. Sometimes accessing your email via webmail can speed it up.
