Had a talk21 account for over 20 years with no problems, Bt has just deleted the account with no warning ! I have spent over two hours with the BT help desk and they confirm that the account has been wiped out for some reason by BT.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so is there any chance of this account being reinstated? I have been a Bt Broadband customer for a long time so its not the reason for deleting my email account, upset doesn't cover it.

are you currently a BT Broadband customer?  do you use the account daily?

try going to Email at top of this page and see if you can login using web mail

If you are using a Talk21 email address try using the following format as your username when trying to log on via the BT logon page:- username.t21@btinternet.com
