I dont class 'difficult' as demanding the service you are paying alot of money for.

Out of curiosity I just rang the number and got through normally.
Whether it was closed, or just technical issues (surprise surprise) it says alot about a specialist telecoms company if they cant even answer their own telephones! lol

Well done for posting the work around kylrod. Are you a Vision customer? I note that if you look at their contact me page it shows the usual number but different hours:
From a landline dial:
0800 111 4567
From a mobile dial:
0330 123 4567*
7am to midnight, 7 days a week
So if you were routed automatically based on the number you are phoning on then you could be put through to a closed department.
no iam jst a broadband customer . i can only get through by using the work around, never by the proper route must be a fault in the IVR some where
