2 days a go i phoned up bt to pay a credit check deposit. and to be honest i wasn't impressed with the customer service woman's attitude or time conception.she took 20 mins to do 1 transaction and told me that the only time an enfineer woudl be able to com out was by the 28th of december meaning that i wont be able to use the internet until then. The internet is crutuial for me to have over x-mas as i have relatives in australia and i was hoping to skype with them, not only that i have things to do with the uni course im on and i have no way of finding them out unless im in the local libairy and i dont finish uni half the time till 3ish 4 sometimes 5.
So can anyone give me some advice on how i could go about getting it before the 28th of december

Yes cancel BT and go with a company who cares. I have had a nightmare trying to have Infinity 2 installed. Finally gave up and cancelled the whole thing. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I spent 9 days hanging on the phone for up to 45mins. 3 days in waiting. Two days no one showed up and no phone call to say why.
Put up with poor service and they will never change just keep taking your money
