Of course, the problem could simply be one of those pop3/imap access issues - particularly if webmail access works.

 

The reason for this is an unknown cause and never been properly investigated I believe.

Strange thing, I tried putting my email address insted of my wife's and it accepted that no problem, then tried again with my wife's BT email address and it would not connect to the server again. Silly question, would her account on her old Hudl need to be deleted? I just can't understand why this is happening.

See Andy's answer above. You don't need to delete anything from the Hudl, you can have the same account on multiple devices simultaneously.

Finally managed to get my wife's BT email address added to her tablet, but I don't know how but all MY BT emails are going t

o her tablet. I did start to see if my email address would be accepted and it was obvious it would but I did not complete the account and it is not listed as an account on her tablet. Any ideas what has gone wrong here?
