unable to receive international texts

I ported my number to BT on 27/06/16, and since doing this i am

unable to get texts from  friends who live abroad.

Anyone else have this problem? and if so any solutions?

I setup a post not receiving Txts from Twitter when resetting password and pre ordered food on hungry house and said would send a txt when order has been accepted no Txts received don't think it's the same problem though there is a setting on your BT account regarding international Txts though might solve it

If you login your BT account then click on the tab "tools to manage your spend" there's an international setting on there also monthly spend cap and premium rate numbers.

Thanks for your help, i have had a look at what you

said and its to stop making calls or sending from UK.

I can send texts abroad just cannot receive them,

have no idea what the problem is.
