unable to send emails . error code 553

I am unable to send emails as I get a load of blurb and error code 553. B T said they have a backlog and can't get it sorted for 4 to 5 days

Hi @traceywithane  welcome to the forum and sorry you are getting this error when trying to send emails.

Are you still getting the error? If so are you using an email client and would you test sending from webmail to see if you get the error?
