still a couple of days to go - have you been able to stay connected 24/7 with no disconnections?

Re: unreliable broadband - please help

if there is no change by tomorrow then I would contact the mods for assistance as it looks like your profile is stuck at 135  http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951

Re: unreliable broadband - please help

another phone call this morning, apparently it'll take 10 - 14 days to get maximum connections, i was wondering does this mean that it'll still be very slow sometimes, or should it be awesome compared to now (just wondering cause if i can get 1000kbps or so then i can still use the internet and download items till it stabilises at a better connection rate)

Re: unreliable broadband - please help

with your curent speed you should get a profile of 5500 as shown here http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/IPprofile.htm

If you still have a stable connection showing 3+ days then contact the mods as I suggested miss out India

Re: unreliable broadband - please help

it's more than landed - your down speed has increased to 8128 and if you can maintain that for 3/5 days again you could see your profile go to 7000/7150Smiley Wink
