I'm sure you know that I greatly appreciate your help 🙂
Just posted to mods: enquiry reference number: 110403-002248
Joined BT Broadband on March 4 - and got 8 Mbps average in the first couple of days - never since.
Please no condescension about this being 'up to' 8 Mbps - this is your "Estimated connection speed".
Please can you say when will we get the 20 Mbps that we are paying for i.e. when will BT upgrade the line to give the service they are selling.
thanks for comment
just would like to see this come to a good conclusion with the correct speed for your attenuation
Suppose I'm most annoyed that BT have got no incentive to get customers up to the speed they say they can get - their PR company Ofcom sure ain't going to give them a kick up the bottom.
Dear mods - no change to enquiry reference number:
think you are maybe a bit to quick as normally takes a few days to get a response longer if going over weekend
Thank you John and ImJolly - I did realise this and am keeping readings on public record - should I have to revisit this problem again in future.
looking forward to seeing the stats when fixed
