upload and download speeds have slown down

when i first got bt infinity 2 last month i was getting 68mb download and 13mb upload. now for some reason im only getting 59mb dl and 8mp upload. any idea why my speeds have slow down? i rang BT up and they said alot of people have been complaining but i think they were just using that to try and keep me quiet. oh and i ran the test on the BT wholesale performance test.

Hi Aj1soad,

 

Welcome to the community forum. BT Infinity like broadband is a rate adaptive service and this means the speed of your connection can very, depending on the conditions on the line and network at that point in time.

 

When you signed up to BT Infinity what was the speed estimate given to you at the point of sale?
