viewing broadband bill

Maybe Im going mad but all I can ever see on mybt is my phone bills. I'd like to see what BT are charging me for my broadband month on month (excess fees etc) but that seems to be impossible

 

Could someone help, maybe with a screen shot, to reveal where this info can be found online?

For me its on the VIEW LATEST BILL however for my option 3 it just shows monthly cost

well i can see 

 

YOUR LATEST BILL

 

and all i can see on it is line rental and calls, no mention of bband at all

 

I dont know why BT seem to be making such a mystery of it

Hi sunbeam11,

Strange one, the only explanation I can come up with is that your broadband is under a different account number, so that needs to be added to your MyBT profile.

The Live Chat helpdesk can take a look at your account to confirm this (they are open Monday - Friday 9:00 - 18:00), simply click on the "Get help with your bill" banner at the top of the "Bills & Calls packages" forum.
