Trying to view current calls usage made since last bill.
On dashboard go into Usage
Gives Home phone: click see details, ensure correct number
Gives Call Summary: click see all calls
Used to give list of calls made
Gives; Sorry, but we're unable to show your usage right now. Please refresh the page or try again late
Has been doing this for a week or so. Need to be able to check calls made.
When will this be sorted or how else can I check calls made.

I am having exactly the same problem described above, presented with "Sorry, but we're unable to show your usage right now. Please refresh the page or try again later" when trying to view the latest calls made since last bill.

I've got the same problem - and just posted it before I saw your post. Hopefully someone somewhere will provide an answer! BT for instance maybe? And fix it!
This problem with not being able to view calls made has been with me for the last 3 weeks. Has anyone found a solution yet?
Not sure whether it shows on the forum for everyone to see but one of the moderators PaddyB replied to my post. See posts above. He said:

He asked for my details as perhaps he could sort it out.
Could you send him your details. I presume relevent phone and account numbers. Think he will be able to sort things for you. This is a long term issue with the BT site which seems to be intermittent and only effects some people at any one time.

Presume someone did contact a mod. Anyway it has now been sorted and can see current calls list. Thanks to anyone who helped. Hope others are sorted.
